To build a welcoming community, bringing together learners, French speakers, and friends of Francophone culture through engaging language practice, cultural exchange, volunteer initiatives, and partnerships that build meaningful connections between Cebu and the global Francophone community.

Les Francophonies de Cebu welcomes anyone with an interest in the French language and Francophone cultures — from those discovering French for the first time to those who already use the language through study, work, residence, heritage, or everyday life.
